Terms and Conditions

We require cleared payment before the prints leave the studio. Paypal and Credit card payments incur a 3.5% charge and we can only take Credit Card payments in person with the relevant card.

All meetings are by appointment only. We are both freelancers and in order to give you the time you need, it is essential to book a time to come in to the studio.

With our Standard Service, we ask that you check your files thoroughly before sending them over. If we need to get in touch and manage any issues with you, this falls under our Directed Service.

We need to receive your files at least 24 hours before the arranged day of printing to allow us to check the files and get back to you if necessary prior to printing.

Our workflow is fully colour-managed. If we consider the print to be an accurate representation of your image on our calibrated monitor then reprints will be charged at the full rate.

If prints have been checked and approved by a client (our recommended way of working) then any reprints are charged at the full rate and the client is liable for any further delivery costs.

We archive your printed files to ensure repeatable results if you need reprints. We do not guarantee our backup systems and we accept no responsibility for loss of data from our archive.
