Directed Service

MPrint offers much more than a portal upload service. From your first point of contact with us we add value through the advice and guidance we offer. Our initial consultation, file check and subsequent guidance will help you through the pitfalls of producing your portfolio.

If you need further assistance, the time we spend with you ensuring your work is totally ready for print falls under our Directed Service. This encompasses a fully comprehensive range of services up to the point of delivery of your prints to your portfolio maker and can include any or all of the following:

File checking and preparation: if you wish to take advantage of our calibrated set-up and colour-managed workflow, you sit down with us and together we check your files, layouts, colour accuracy, adding adjustment layers and/or cleaning the files where necessary.

Retouching: beyond an initial colour check we can help you to create a set of images that really work together tonally all the way up to complex retouching and compositing.  

Page layout: if you know what you want but are not Photoshop savvy, we can do the heavy lifting, turning your images and layout concepts into the finished documents we need to print from.

Directed Service is charged at £60/hour pro rata. Minimum charge is £15.
